Tito Technology is an early-stage technology venture specializing in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the U.S. agricultural and food sectors, with a focus on workforce management, payroll compliance, and industrial automation. The approach transforms complex operational challenges into structured, standards-based technological solutions that support cost reduction, productivity, and sustainable competitiveness. It is grounded in a documented multi-site ERP implementation serving approximately 2,000 employees across four states, where founder Erika Cristina de Oliveira Tito led the workforce-management workstream.
To help U.S. agricultural and food companies strengthen operational efficiency, resource optimization, and labor-compliance reporting through ERP methodology grounded in documented field experience, so they can focus on growth and innovation.
We pursue new technologies and approaches to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
We focus on results that optimize processes and maximize performance.
We build on documented, evidence-based methodology and standards-based design.
We support sustainable economic growth in the agricultural and food sectors.
Tito Technology was founded by Erika Cristina de Oliveira Tito, Senior Member of ANETI (Brazilian National Association of Information Technology Specialists) and Member of the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA). Her applied research on ERP workforce management in U.S. food and agricultural enterprises is published on SSRN and Mendeley Data, with a data article under review at Data in Brief (Elsevier). See the Research page for full references.
She served as Lead Systems Analyst, IT Project Leader, and Business Partner at Galvani Ind. e Com. S/A, a joint venture with Yara Brasil Fertilizantes S/A, one of the world’s leading agricultural fertilizer producers, operating in more than 60 countries. During that period she led the workforce-management workstream of a multi-site ERP implementation for approximately 2,000 employees across four Brazilian states, where the time-card and time-reconciliation process improved by up to 60 percent, independently documented by Senior Sistemas (2016).
Her research focuses on ERP workforce management implementation in U.S. food and agricultural enterprises, with particular expertise in H-2A compliance, post-merger HR system integration, and payroll efficiency. Her white paper on workforce management as the critical path in agricultural ERP is published on SSRN, with a supporting dataset on Mendeley Data.
